Events Parents Team Meeting and BBQ
There will be a marching band and colorquard student and parents team meeting and BBQ 5:30 pm @Viewmont HS in the very front of the school, the covered area in front of the doors. Please sign up to bring food and show up at 5:00 pm to help set up, if you're available. We will have volunteer sign up sheets there, along with a display of band booster clothing. Bringing your money to pay for booster clothing items is not necessary. You can sign up for the items you want and then when we order and get the final price we will give you the exact amount you owe and you take that to the VHS office.
Meeting Info: Marching band overview, fund raising, volunteer sign up sheets for marching band needs (please bring your calendar), order forms for parent and student marching band (not uniforms) booster clothing and yard signs.

Friday Night Pre-Season Football Game
Marching band will be playing at the football game. Start time 7 pm. Students need to be ready to march in by 6:30.
